Its a bit late but here is my experience regarding 2.2 Auto consumption; I have just got 42.8 over to tankful's. That is 60% motorway
30% urban/town. I dad lots of problems from both the estate I have had. Here is what to look out for;
Binding brakes especially the front handbrakes and the quadrant that seizes up or does not release. Check the cables are running free.
That was costing me a fortune. I do not drive with a heavy foot but not in just socks!
Check the air filter and the MF in the induction line.
I will not use crap supermarket fuel its false economy. I use Shell Premium or Costco diesel which is cheaper and a higher grade, but
you need to be a member.
