Anyone fitted a tuning box to a 2.2Hdi C5?

work it out from the rpm above... . .. put it this way.. what have petrol turbos or v6s??? i know NOTHING beats a V sound...

Not this one then Paul, looks standard anyway as its about 10sec to 60 and the rest of my life to whatever he got it to in the end, im not sure what it was as i fell asleep before he made it there .

I have to say I'd still rather go for a re map, although each to their own I suppose.

I've a remapped C5 3.0hdi, 300 bhp, 460flbt and I had to boot it from Bournemouth to Reading and back today, in the rain and wind, really going for it and it still returned 36mpg which I calculated from my fill up rather than using the trip computer.

Been really impressed with this engine, when driven sedately, it's returning over 41mpg easily,....

So each to their own, you pay a good price and get a decent remap, you'll get the best of both the performance and economy,...

I only paid £300.00 for the car so much as I would like a remap it seems a bit excessive. If I can't get a decent fuel consumption with the box I will sell it and get a 2.0L.

41MPG from the 3.0HDi is excellent!

Im very tempted to get mine remapped, should see it nicely to around 170ishBHP and so similar performance to the later 2.2HDi 173 but with improved fuel economy.
