If you want a 2.1 on veg you migh tbe bets finding a Bosch XM 2.1, though that is no easy task
Im not the best person to ask as ive not looked into running on veg. Our 2.1 XM is a Bosch pump variety, though that will never see veg oil.
The 1.9s are probably the best for veg running, as they Bosch pump seems to handle it fairly well.
