it decided to be a textbook activa.

the rear linkage on the arb to HC snapped yesterday at work so i had to drive 45 miles back last night with no rear suspension.

new part ordered from citroen. i have to say though my parts place is excellent much better than any other marques parts dept that i've used. maybe its the frequency of my visits that helps

Your lucky, my most local one is useless and I now refuse to go to them. They would say things are unavailable when in fact they were still available at other dealers. I have to drive a 30 mile trip to get to the other one who is only marginally better. Very dissapointing!

I might well have to try another one. Trouble is a few of the ones around here are going away from Citroens, they have started selling Kias as well :o

Who is that then Chris? I'm gonna need some dealer-only bits for the HDi in the not too distant...

I might be able to put a reasonable order his way...

Have you tried Springfield Citroen on the south end of the flyover from the Tyne Bridge?

It isn't marked as such but is the more northerly building between the A167 and the Swallow filling station - above the arrow-shaped building - Springfield Fiat.

On your way home from Uni (as long as you chose to go that way rather than the tunnel or Redheugh).

Alternatively, TCC isn't far out of your way either.

Wingrove would have been perfect if they hadn't relocated somewhere stupid.

Thanks for the links Steve :)

I was thinking of trying one in newcastle, that Gateshead one looks pretty handy as I always go over the Tyne Bridge. Ill pop into Springfield Citroen when I have a break on Friday and try them out :)

TCC is also on my way home, Ive not used them for bits but when I was looking at buying a C4 there the sales people were not as helpful as expected. They also sell Kias!
