Here's a few pictures of the interior for you Luke ,

There's a bit of wear in the drivers seat bolster but that will be getting sorted soon , other than that the interior is mint and the car has never been smoked in , infact the lighter/ashtray have never been used . Hopefully going to the Citroen national in a few weeks so if anyone wants a look at the car feel free just ask

Wow, very very impressive. Thanks for putting those up. Leather as nice as that in a car like a ZX instantly makes it so much more desirable. Looks great :D

Thanks Luke , took the Zx out for a spin yesterday afternoon and it just puts a smile on your face everytime , it's so much fun to drive with no electronic trickery involved and can certainly surprise a few newer cars too

Got the chance of some alloys for the Zx , their 16" Azev 'A's , a full set of five , what's the opinion on them ? Should I or shouldn't I ? Here's a pic to mull over ,

Thanks , Mark

Beautiful alloys Mark - I had some on my old CX(still got them in the garage actually!).

Not for your car TBH - it's too original and nice. An already modded one, yes.

Your ZX looks really stunning 8-)

Looks like it has adjustable side bolsters in the seats, as the Activa does.

Put the wheels on an Activa if you get one, but not on your ZX. It looks too good in standard trim.

If the Azev's are cheap and with decent tyres i'd be tempted to run it on them other than when it comes to shows and the like as it means they take the wear, brake dust eating.... and you can if the alloys aren't mint on yours then get them refurbed as well and when it comes the time to sell the car on it will still be worth more and selling the azev's on their own means you'll recoup some of the cost...

Those ZX 16V alloys are the business. Leave 'em on.

Actually forget that. Get the Azevs and I'll take the originals off your hands. :P

The Azevs are a good price (£250) for five with 205/45/16 Tyres , the wheels are supposedly mint , not a bad price at all really. I did think of having them as a second set for that price as mine could do with a refurb which is around £40 per wheel . I have got some bodywork to sort out first then I'll possibly see about the wheels

Not too bad at all on the twisty stuff  , it really comes alive at 4000rpm and just keeps on going . It can and has surprised a few newer cars as to most it's just another little old car

Just had a price to have the front & rear bumpers resprayed on the 16v , so when I get a bit of time the bumpers are coming off and into the van and of to the sprayshop. I would really like to replace the front foglamps but the price I got from my local dealer was £76 each + vat , I don't know where they get their prices but I am not paying that . I'll get some pictures posted up when work starts , thanks for looking

It's coming up for Mot time for the Zx so there's a few jobs on the cards
1 - New flexi brake hoses allround
2- Replace faulty ABS sensor

When the Mot is out of the way both the bumpers are off to be resprayed , while they are off I will be rustproofing all the cavities etc with some bilt hamber products and generally tidying up the underside ready for winter , I'll get some pics posted when I start
