Where is everyone from

Hello!
Vukovar is in healing process (in many sences) for couple of years!
I was born there back in 1972. I had been living there for most of my life. I'm situated in Osijek now and visit Vukovar on daily basis 'cause I work there. Those images you might have seen on TV during 90s are true and sad. Lot of buildings and family houses have already been reconstructed but still there are lot of ruins in the city.
Well, it is not so nice city any more but I hope that old shine will returne some day in future.
P.S. what a small world, isn't it?
Regards

Akojic,
How are Osijek and Vukovar? Went through them both many times in the '70s and '80s on the way to Greece. Always used to stop in Vukovar - parked by the hotel by the Danube. Always had a walk through the pretty town with its arcades and the kids used to love to watch the storks nesting on the roofs. Saw some terrible photos of its destruction during the war. Hope it has now returned to normal?
I'm from near Loughborough, Leics
