So, do I remove the relays and clean up all the connections or just buy new ones?

What goes wrong in the relays? If it's soldering, I don't care as I'll just get the solder fixed... But if they need replacing, I'll just order new ones.

Its normally either a feed problem to the relay socket or the terminals on the relays get pitted/burnt.I would give the contacts on the relays and the sockets a good clean and also check for correct voltage/earth at the sockets.
