Well its 5 hours away on the train Luke, about £110 for the train ticket down and only 1 change... then 270miles back here...

Thanks for the offer Robert but it would have to have a buyer over here waiting for it :D as im not that rich at the minute to be able to buy something just to drive back unless luke has some bargain basement estate thing in hiding for transporting bits back :D

This one sold for £350!!!! Missed it :(

That C5 has been for sale for AGES! All the bad points are ones that would really annoy me... plus it cuts out - you'd have a fun journey here KP!

Ooooh 3.5 V6 Espace, what a drive that would be for you :)

Right no I need to be good. No room at the inn, must sell before I buy!

Lol once they start I'd be fine, and there is always the AA to fall back on!!!

That lag was a right bargain, would break for a lot lot more than that price

Forgive me for being a bit slow here ... are you dropping your RR into Ireland and hoping to bring something else back with you?

I think I've exhausted the supply of V6s by buying one. If, however, I were a dCi lover, there's no better place to be. I know of a few other V6 Lagunas that have been spotted but I have never ever seen one on the market :x

Ah no way leaving the RR there :D Still a bit worried about taking it incase it takes a shine to a molotov cocktail one night :p

I wouldn't mind doing something like that as a part time kinda job or even just a hobby to see family every month or two if i stayed in my current job.

Drive something over, pick something up and then drive it back :) nice way to help reduce travel costs other than fuel and insurance and even that wouldn't be too much :)

more and more people are going diesel over there, specially if they pass the border every few weeks as not only is it a bit cheaper there but there are also other 'select' outlets that remove red from red diesel and thus its even cheaper still.... Not that i would condone the use of it when bio is perfectly good but ho hum!

Ohhh you don't want washed diesel! Bad for your pump and injectors. Nasty, nasty. Getting caught on Red would be cheaper than repairing subsequent damage from washed diesel.
