xantia horn not working

right av changed the stalk to solve the clicking problem, not sure if it's worked bcos it sometimes takes a while for it too start so we will have to wait and see, but the horn is still not working checked all the fuses cos it dont say which one it actually is in the haynes manual, so am suspecting a dodgy horn or connection on the horn, is this a common problem with these cars, ta

If you have a muiltimeter, get it on the terminals and get someone to push the horn button. If you have normal voltage, the horn is toast. If you have no (or low) voltage, wiring will be at fault.
