Today i dismantled security valve and another valve located just below the LHM tank not sure what it call, it's aluminium with 5 connecter.

I had both valve clean up, and blow all the holes and replace it's tube seal.

Install back and start car, no matter what the car won't rise at all (the front suspension only)

Rear suspension work fine low high low.

Appreciate your opinion what i should do next.

5 connector valve is called the anti-sink valve.

PS: I thought I was reading a post from another FCF user from Malaysia who was called "AbangCorp" :-k :)

Check if the front plastic clip (also called as "dog bone") is disconnected (?).
It is shown in pic.below with number 6.

Be careful when you are working under the car! Car must be well supported.

VertVega,

Checked under the car all things intact ie dog bone and the long metal connected front and rear height corrector ok.

Try to adjusted the front height corrector but it's not rise at all!!??

Could it be the height corrector jammed that cause it?

Any opinion is appreciate.

Hope to get the cause of it.

Thank you

VertVega,

Some mechanic told me to replace the front height corrector unit since when i adjust the front height corrector it won't raise nor sink.

So today i will replace the whole set include the dog bone and bracket since i bought it from used parts shop, and tested it by pulling it i assume it is not jammed and in good condition.

Hope it will work after replace it today.

Hi guys,

I had hydro flush in my tank 2 days ago and hope this might help to clean up and especially hope it will improve the front suspension to where it is suppose to be that soft.

Base from the instruction from Total Hydraflush max travel only 5K km.

Anyway really hope this will help.
