I thought I will never find that thread again ...
It's currently in "How To" section (moved from "SuperSticky") --> Spheres, Hydraflush and Brake Bleeding

After not changing for 80K then I'd definitely suggest hydroflush/hydrorincage

When cleaning the filters be GENTLE with them - plastic (nylon?) that's been immersed in hot mineral oil for that many miles/years will have become a tad brittle - they shouldn't need scrubbing, just a very gentle brush in clean petrol to dislodge the dirt.
It's absolutely essential to bleed all the brakes as part of an LHM or Hydroflush change. Unlike the rest of the hydraulic system, the brake lines are dead-ends (very long too in the case of the rear lines) so the fluid in them tend to become 'stagnant' - with all that implies. If the brake lines are full of a pale yellow fluid with bits of black dirt, that's probably just really old LHM, rather than anything sinister.

What a great Citroen weekend Headlight glass cleaned, wiper stalk functioning and
also I gave a hydraurincage flush treatment to my Xantia
Actually I was planning a LHM flush but I wanted to give a try this for the first time.
Same procedures in both, follow the steps in the above link (Spheres, Hydraflush and Brake Bleeding).
