Same routine they asked me to go through.

On one occasion I had my netbook out, which runs Linux, the conversation went like this.

caller: can you see the start button in the lower left of your screen?
me: I'm using Linux, I don't have a start button.
caller: can you see the start button in the lower left of your screen?
me: I don't have a start button.
caller: can you see the start button in the lower left of your screen?
me: I don't have a start button.
caller: can you see the start button in the lower left of your screen?
me: I don't have a start button.
caller: can you see the start button in the lower left of your screen?
me: I don't have a start button.
caller: can you see the start button in the lower left of your screen?
me: I don't have a start button.
caller: can you see the start button in the lower left of your screen?
me: I don't have a start button.
caller: can you see the start button in the lower left of your screen?
me: yeeessss :roll: I see the start button. *sigh* :roll:
caller (unphased): can you click on the start button.

For those who don't know Linux, it's a bit like a Xantia owner being told he needs new shock absorbers. Or a diesel owner being told his spark plugs need regapping. :wink:

Lol. Wondered how they would handle Linux or osx environment,
I had planned to try and trap them by allowing them to gain control of a virtual pc session, running a packet sniffer find their ip address and see if they have any exploits ;)
Gone to the dark side.
