I had asked where it was, and then realised the OP said where, so my post made no sense, but I couldn't delete it.

That's all.

For any footie fans concerned about watching the first England match in the World Cup a 50" plasma TV is apparently being set up in the clubhouse and despite the present showers the weather forecast is looking hopeful for Saturday and Sunday :D

What an excellent rally and weekend in general :D

Weather was great, as is usual for the DSM, even though it threatened all weekend. In fact we have just had a torrential downpour here...

Great to meet (at long last!) Chris (Citroenmad) :D

The DS convoy was great. I rode shotgun in DickieG's DS at the head of the convoy to a stately home. When we arrived the parking attendant did something of a double take at the long snaking line of DSs coming up the drive and said to Richard:

"See you've brought all your mates then..."

Priceless

Kev (red_dwarfers) videoed the convoy at strategic points...

The adge that you meet the very nicest of people driving Citroens was once again proved in spades.

Davetheraves's sphere tester generated a lot of interest and saw use!

Not only were there some absolutely lovely DSs and SMs there but also some gorgeous CXs, XMs and an absolutely stunning Traction and GS.

In fact, I think every FWD Citroen was represented. Traction, DS, SM, 2CV, Dyane, Ami, GS, CX, XM, BX (just one, a Valver), Xantia, C4, C5 and a good number of C6s!

There was even a true DSM; a DS Decap with an SM engine. Nice!

Also, a very rare car, a Renault 16TS :D

All in all, the best rally yet :D

EDIT: and not forgetting a couple of H Vans of course. They're so cool they're sub-zero :D

EDIT2: And the Visas  There was a really lovely Visa GTi (205GTi running gear) there. Excellent!

Good to see old and new faces today - not bad a turnout either. I was only there for a couple of hours this afternoon and spent most of that time chatting (!) so only a couple of pics. :)

I shall get cracking with the video editing in the next few days and upload it.
