Unless I'm mistaken, it'll only work on an Activa?

I could be completely wrong but something I've noticed when jacking up the Activa when on high is that the other side is lifted too.

That's what I was thinking, but weren't Activa's fitted with spoilers?

Driven mine on normal with no back wheel, wouldnt want to go mad but you could get to where you are going like it driven normaly.
The xm will do it but it must be on high as the suspension is too soggy on that and if tried at normal it just pushes the trailing arm to the ground.

Well, there's no rear spoiler that would normally be expected on an Activa
but it could be I guess with it missing - there's certainly hydractive supension
fitted judging by other videos of this Xantia from the same fella. It's a V6
Exclusive and it's running on intermediate or full height but I must profess
to have had the idea Xants and Xm's couldn't do this hydraulic party piece
- did you notice the orange Gs X on 3 wheels too?

All Xms and Xantias can do this when on high setting, as there is no suspension movement. Im not surprised an Activa can do it in normal, as it keeps the frone end level at all times allowing the rear wheels to take up the movement.

Ive tried it on a C5, in high the rear disc protector is just off the ground, any uneven ground and it scrapes.
