During our visit to Berlin (and other former East Germany parts) I noticed that the traffic lights for pedestrians had different design than in other parts of Germany.

Here's what I mean: STOP & GO lights

my daughter fluffy ginger moggy ( Jasper ) used to love being spun round and round and round and round and in a tamato box on a laminate floor, if you stop he would stand up then plonk himself back down and give you a look saying "more please",

we also used to lay him on his side and shove him along the kitchen floor, he would get straight back up and come back for another go

I like those. Rather special and I hope they don't die out...

Just goes to show that Germans do have a good sense of humour and warmth about them...
