Not exactly 'funny', but I did have a giggle at these hill-billies driving this SM up a hill in the snow! I was about to say 'sacrilege' at how they were treating her, but I think they guy is going to restore her as a hobby!

That's madness but not untypical sadly... Many authorities (even Milton Keynes dare I say) are guilty of paying lip-service to the cycling fraternity and doing such silly things as above..

Some cycleways have been built with street lamps and other street furniture in the middle of them and only today I saw (in MK) a bus shelter occupying a large part of a cycleway

I know it's put as a funny picture and it does have a mirth element but it also shows just how stupid some people/organisations can be...
