Wainy, that's one very tasty XM :D

You know, XMs are beginning to grow on me, especially ones with six cylinders..

But no, the vacant slot in my signature will not be occupied by one just yet. My total allegiance lies with the little sister to the XM and long that shall be!

Go on Jim, Crack! The later you leave getting a Xm, the more expensive and harder it will be to get one!

That is a very nice Xm, i dont know why id didnt sell earlier.

Plus you have the added bonus of that having had airconditioning retrofitted. An SX with AC is the best of both worlds, as temp can be adjusted side to side (C5 style!).

Very nice 8-)

To recall that irritating supermarket slogan; when they're gone there's no more...
...get one while you have a selection to chose from, rather than the one that
will have to do!

Nicely put Andrew. Rule 1 of XM buying, buy on condition. Worry about trim levels and colours last.

Very true!

Condition is everything with an Xm.

Very nice Andy. What a looker! That distinctive sporty wedge shape...wow!

You biting the bullet on fuel costs now or working nearer home? You'll miss "The Donk" for 42mpg

I'm getting just over 30mpg out of it, more like 35 on a run....... In answer to Lexi's question, I'm working more from home so could justify losing a bit of MPG....... and..... I just couldn't resist it!

Having the roof done on the house which has meant moving cars around to keep them out of the way of flying tiles..... Unfortunately the X1 is immovable so the scaffolding's been built around it! AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH! 8-[

Image

On tenterhooks until it's done but all OK so far.

At least it's given these two close friends (relatives?) the chance to have a chat across the fence while the Activa's on neighbour's drive....

An Activa and an XM together is a bad combination  They'll just swap tips on how to be troublesome

Best always to park an Activa next to a V6 or HDi Xantia - generally they're a good influence on the Activa, being as they are, solid and reliable.
