Hi Steve,

Give us a bell when you've a minute and we can sort something out. Train time depending you might be able to help me out as I've got two cars to get there and can only drive one :)

I could pick you up at 09:13 in Glasgow Central if you want Steve. Not much of a hassle, it's only 20 mins up the road.

That would be good, how far from you to the venue? And could we get both cases there in time?

Just checked and whilst they want cars on site by10, they don't say no movement till 11, so that should work. We felt that we'd get there early to ensure no one nicks the CCC space like has happened elsewhere.
If you decide to stay over you're welcome at our free b&b.
Think Central to David's is about 10 to 15 mins in his latest transport, so long as he doesn't detour round too many roundabouts!

Since you were last here Bill I've added another to the fleet so the V6 isn't the latest...

It's got 400bhp and will utterly destroy the M8 between Glasgow and here in double quick time if the need arises! (Not that it ever does you understand ;) )

It will be a shame if it rains, but they have been known to be wrong. At least our stand is next to the food stall so we can sit in the cars munching.

A clunk going from 1st to 2nd gear under hard acceleration is definitely a gearbox problem no matter what the seller says - I don't want to get rid of one V6 with a knackered gearbox for another!

"Bodywork has a few dents & scrapes, the worst is a dent in the n/s sill." - means the sill will be all rusted out just like mine was - looked like a small dent to begin with, turned out to be two 6 inch long rust holes when we poked and prodded a bit more! #-o

Thanks for posting the link, but it's not the one for me...

This was for sale on here back in April. I was going to have a look but ended up in hospital instead. I believe it passed it's MOT with a couple of tyres and is still going fine.

Well you're welcome to stay here if you do overnight.
The weather forecast is not brilliant, but we have a cunning plan to make the day comfortable for Citroenists present whatever it throws at us.
