bottom tensioner with 6mm hex L shape (screw at the bearing)
damage, my hex key slipped

my was that tight, my mechanic put it back very tight, knowing it already show a damage mark. Now it wont budge, hex key with spanner as extension

how can i force it release it free
I want an aux belt change, the cover missing somewhere causing belt's premature fatigue

If the head of the bolt is damages, theres no alternative but to drill the head of the bolt off, and remove the lower bolt, remove the tensioner pully and then unscrew the rest of the drilled bolt out, and replace with another one of similar length, OR the rough way, get a Star shaped Torx adapter, and BASH it in with an extension bar and undo it that way.. ;-)
