It's one of the best feelings ever when you drive a nice car you haven't been in for ages.

Mark,

You're not wrong, I had a smile on my face for a long time after getting out, the other thing is that you forget how rare they are, I still get people asking me about it.

I can't believe it's so long since I've written anything in this blog  having said that, to be honest there is much to report at the moment.

There will be a fair amount of activity on the C6 front over the next couple of months as I get her ready to sell, yes that's right, she will be looking for a new home. It a decision that I have not taken without extremely careful consideration, nor without a lot of heartache, I really would prefer not to let her go, but she needs to be used and its something I'm not doing at the moment.

She goes in for MOT next week so will have the best part of 12 months on her when she goes. As I've said there will be updates as I get her sorted ready for sale. To be fair there really isn't a great deal that needs doing.........

I know how hard it can be parting with a well-loved car Steve.

You are replacing it with something very special though :-D

Well, after a long and hard think, and I have to say some good advice from some people on this forum, I have decided to keep the C6 and move the Xantia on to a new home.

This means the C6 will get sorted out as we come to the end of the rally season and over the winter months ready for next year.
