Well the XM is now back on the road and performing well. Still got the running back to the tank issue if its left for a couple of days but I'm working on that, I've now got a spare priming bulb to swap out after realising the one in the 1.9 has a smaller pipe.
Sunday was a very interesting day, I really wasn't sure what I was going to do so decided that browsing ebay might be a good idea...I came across an S2 TCT Exclusive XM which was for breaking near Exeter. Gave the chap a ring and it turns out that he's a bit of an XM enthusiast, 2.5's in particular! I whipped over after lunch and a few hours later I had an XM full of spare bits

Most exciting though was the wood centre console trim and the V6 Speedline alloys

They're going to need to be refurbed but should look smart once they're on. I also kept the strut tops which will need to be refurbed at some point too as although they look perfect from the top, underneath the rubber is peeling away.
