I bought it for my 5 Series as those hubs are so finely machined to the driveshaft a standard screw bolt puller just isn't powerful enough, a Citroen one will fall off

I have to say, despite the time involved and the trouble with the elbows, doing both the cambelt and the heater matrix at the same time worked quite well and saved doing some jobs twice.

Been working on doing Cassy's clutch today, but her hub nuts are a little bit on the tight side...

Yes, that's two breaker bars broken...

Huge thanks to Chris for bringing his humungous ratchet over.
It did the job, thing is, you know Jim is always complaining about the mess I leave on his drive (not that kind of mess Malcolm!) well, when the N/S hub nut came free, the ratchet dropped off, smashing the corner off the litter tray we used to catch the LHM and gearbox oil.
Big puddle of it that Jim promptly cleaned up.
Sorry Jim!

And thanks from me too. You Chris are a star of the highest order sir :-D

No worries on the drive Andy, all cleaned up a treat so no worries at all.. The dousing of the area in brake cleaner did the job a treat...

I'm more vexed about the broken litter tray - I've had it a long time and we've been through a lot of adventures together. I first used it on cars, after the cats no longer needed it, on my 205GTi. I shall miss it terribly :(
