Oh I dunno, if it came with a XUD9TE engine I think I'd get by in one :)
So, who's up for giving me a hand putting the XUD9TE or XUD11BTE into one of these new concept cars?
We could even stick Active suspension on it while we're at it!

Aren't Citroen cheating with this latest GTbyCitroen offering with it all being
virtual reality though!? Mind, it's a bit visually challenging and there's not
much purity of line is there. If in doubt, load every bit of tinsel and geegaw
that can be bolted on.

Compare the latest spiky DanDare offering with this:

(mind the French commentator does get a bit worked up - you've been warned!!)

She's very pretty!

and the Mk 2:

both working prototypes with Active suspension - and more!!

Have you noticed that the current designs from every manufacturer are being
shoehorned into one bland amorphous identity by crash regs and the only
way for the designers to give any kind of differentiation among them all is
to big up and caricature the styling traits or brand id/badge. Anyone who
can recall the dim distant days of BeastieBoys fans stealing a VW badge
s fashion accessory will notice the current VW offering would get a back
injury supporting the weight!!

Sounds like a pretty accurate description of the current Honda Civic.

Nice to see the reversion to double wishbones. The sideways bit is impressive, even more spectacular then the ability to raise and lower the car.

Back in 1989, I SOOOO wanted one of these!

Thing is, I still do now! OK, Activa 1 is a bit slab sided where there's more
shape in Activa 2 but that just makes the original more distinctive!
