Hi,
I have measured 3 sensors to be 1080 ohm. The RHB (pin 29 and 31) shows a reading of 150-180 Ohm. Is this sensor broken or should I check the wiring? In case this sensor is broken, how difficult is it to get access to it and replace it?

The sensors should be around the 1050 ohms reading with a sensible margin for reading errors.
But less than 900 ohms is a sure NO-GO.
Biltema has sort of a universal ABS sensor for PSA cars. Its found listed under the Peugeot 206 (article 65-603 rear, article 65-602 front). Even the connectors are the same.
Depending on exact Xantia variant, you will need a few washers for spacers - or you will have to rub it down a bit to make it fit your Xantia precisely.
Note that the sensor distance to the hub toothing is critical.
