The front mountings have pulled out of the floor and the seat rocks back and forth, not good as the MOT is imminent. Has anyone had this and do they have a good fix for it.?
Thanks

I've had that in a 405 Keith. My 19 stone son...
A good repair can be done by removing the seat, lifting the carpet and fabricating a "U" shaped piece. You can cut a suitable square hole to take the captive nut just as original. This piece can then be welded onto the crossmember and all will be as good as new.
When I did the 405 (which is very similar) I used a few pop rivets just to hold it for welding.
If ther MOT tester can feel movement in the mount, it'll be a fail...
