Nice one :-D I see even the chimney pots are the same... The only addition to that scene in the recent past is the Sky dish!

...and the solar panels! Also there's a modern car parked in there - visible over the roof of the Clio.

The bridge seems to abut differently to the building on the right, or is it just the camera angle?

My image for once is in better focus and definition than the screenshot from the video which was the original series Series 1 Episode 1.

Surely an art gallery would entitle the picture : A Clio Goes Across Span ? :-D

You wish!!!

Although I'm still not playing with a full deck mentally - or as one friend put it: 'you're still a few volunteers short of a parkrun' Physically I'm on the mend now for sure..

Today I ran the Newport Pagnell Carnival 5K, a big, well established and integral part of the carnival weekend. We run just ahead of the float procession through town along the same route. The entire route is lined with spectators and the atmosphere is amazing... We all love it to bits and every place sells out every year :-D

This was me getting ready after being totally drenched in torrential rain at parkrun earlier..

I ran to parkrun from home, walked the course as a parkwalker and then ran home like a drowned rat. I ran two miles to the start of the Carnival 5K with friends and then ran the main event in my fastest time over the distance for ages and ages, living memory almost :D

I'm rather pleased with that  And pleased with my recovery too... I just need the mental bit to improve a bit and all will be good. Sadly, that's unlikely - in that respect I may be beyond help  :(
