We should have got this from the clues Jim, when you say "no soft top" you could mean no top at all!! Smaller than a Saxo and not a 2CV, given your penchant for pedalling and the proud display of the double chevron surely it can only be:

I reckon it's Zel's Invacar with 2.0HDi conversion, ECU remapped by yours truly... :rofl2:

Speaking of Zel, I made excellent progress today sandwiched between a lovely morning spent with Robyn and the afternoon rain :)

The next job is to fit new brake pads on the offside...

There's just one last job to do which I cannot do until the very end... So that I don't forget to do it I have left myself a reminder on the workbench!

It's been most enjoyable doing all this... I have been one very happy bunny :D I'm planning to finish off tomorrow and given a fair wind and no nasties are found when I replace the offside brake pads and generally check the car over she'll be good for an MoT on Friday :D

Jim your hombrew piston retraction tool is worth a mention on
