I've spent many days working in bunkers - absolutely wonderful places to let your body clock rule. No daylight, no dusk, if you hide all the clocks then you can start the day when it suits, and stop when it's best. :)

Took a bit of time out from Activa clutches this afternoon and spruced up my Activa ready for the X Rally this Sunday...

She scrubs up pretty well really..

Checked over as well, nothing found wanting but then for the miles she does now...

Also gave the C1 a quick run, not been used in weeks!

I think it's all the dust and bird poo she's normally covered in that protects her Alasdair!!!

Still say that's the best colour. It's what I would pick given the choice. And the only brand new citroen I did buy was very similar colour, it was the Picasso in wicked red. I do like my own silver, bit it's a bit boring, it's like no colour really. Very easy kept clean though.

My one is in dire need of a clean, inside and out (full of sawdust from carting timber around the last week), but I know I have to provide transport to the social dog walk on Sunday morning...so naff all point in doing it before then as she will just end up full of dog hair again!

Up to Aberdeen next weekend though so will definitely be done before that. Might well try to get the ride height tweaked as well. Could sort the undertray while on the ramps too (does that not need to come off to get at the adjustment for the front anyway?).

I've just had my day made...

My next door neighbour has just given me an immaculate model Citroen CX :-D

They were sorting through some old toys and found it... It now has pride of place in my collection of small models on top of one of my vintage wirelesses... It's perfect as I had no CX in my collection until now...

Totally delighted! :-D :-D

Here it is in all it's deep blue glory

Nope, only problem with it is a slightly bent aerial and very hard tyres
