Re: Citrojim's Xantia V6, C1 and Activa Tales
Hear hear! Nothing near as serious as many of you, but as someone with an almost chronic insomnia problem and the resulting impact that has on daily energy (and motivation) I can really see where you come from. It's immensely frustrating having a massive list of things you want and/or need to do, but never seeming to have the energy to actually *do* 90% of them. Sadly the human body just does not function properly on an average of 1-3 hours sleep a night.
Really hope you're feeling better soon, Jim. If there's anything I can do to help, even if it's just to pop over for a natter just give us a shout, I'm just down the road. Likewise you're always welcome here to drop by for a tea/coffee and a chat! Will drop you a PM with the address.

Zel, thanks
That really is very appreciated
Still not good this morning but hopefully after a (shorter then usual) swim and a bit of karate practice I'll feel a bit better.
Back to work after a very enjoyable week off...

Re: Citrojim's Xantia V6, C1 and Activa Tales
Team WFA are on site and have commenced the V6 engine removal part of my V6 Activa conversion
Feeling very useless as there's nothing, bar keeping them fed and watered, I can do to assist...
Still not anywhere near well
Or rather well enough to wield spanners around...

You just keep the kettle on the boil and the home made cakes coming and they will be fine. You can look and not touch. Is this the engine for a 205? [emoji12] [emoji23]

Although I feel very guilty about it Davie, that's exactly what I'm doing... On their strict orders...daviemck2006 wrote:You just keep the kettle on the boil and the home made cakes coming and they will be fine. You can look and not touch. Is this the engine for a 205? [emoji12] [emoji23]

Not quite.... My engine is not yet out although it's not too far away thanks to the supreme efforts of the two fully-fit members of Team WFA

Nothing very strenuous done today, just a clean up of the wanted components removed and a tidy of the workshop.
The rest of the day has been spent at Karate training and out in the lovely sunshine on a very lovely bike ride...

Wow ... how I wish team WFA were a mobile unit (says he with two activae and a v6 sitting on the drive slowly crumbling!)

I think Chris should be given a pair of pointy hooded overalls complete with bell to use during wfa spannering.
I'm sure he would love them..........in time

I think all of us of Team WFA should adopt that as a uniform Dean!
