My Activa has been very naughty and wee'd LHM all over the posh driveway where she lives

Noticed by the owner of said driveway and she's not happy..

It's the rear ram leaking in the cold as usual and I suppose I really must now fix it... It lost fair bit of LHM this time..

And I need to clean up the driveway by way of punishment...

Sorry to hear of the dilemma Jim. I've been told Coke as in cola is very good at cleaning oil etc of block paving/slabs.

Best thing for LHM, in my experience is washing up liquid, neat. At least that's what they used to make the apprentices use at Citroen main dealers back in the 80s to clean up LHM mess.....

No, it's a posh embossed concrete one Malcolm in a light shade of grey....

Covering it in cheap Pikie tarmac is not an option

Yes, quite popular around these parts. They lay a screed, colour it and then just before it sets they use a big steel embossing stamp to create a pattern, usually in the style of old stone flags... It's all done to make it look like something it isn't...

The final piece of embossing carried out is the details of the company who laid it...

Next time you're up this way I can show you two examples within a swallow's flight of here...

I believe the savvy concreters have expanded their palette of base colours, to half a hundred.

Chicks love it.
