Should be OK now. The server time was right but the board was set to GMT with BST adjustment disabled... I've now corrected it..
KP wrote:Jim why not just patch it? Or is it the joints?
To be honest I've not looked closely Will, I just know it's blowing and my efforts at patching are never very successful so it'll be replaced... It's hardly worth a bodge when a full replacement system can be had for a shade under £70 all-in...

Just thinking about ordering a system from ebay...

On the subject of time, I found my profile was also set to GMT without the BST correction so if anyone is still showing the wrong time, check that...

I can understand that Jim, but will an ebay jobby last as long as the real deal has done? Baked bean tins last years and years loo

The ones I've seen that have originated in Poland don't seem bad Will. They're a bit roughly finished around the welds but the metal is heavy enough by the looks of it...

Thing is I don't eat baked beans so getting hold of the tins will be difficult for me. In fact I eat very little tinned food and mostly what I do is tinned fish ad those tins are all wrong and far too thin... I suppose a red kidney bean or flageolot bean tin might do...

Same tins Jim ;)

The polish ones could do but depends on how you want your exhaust tips to look and if how long you are keeping the car...

I don't really worry about what my exhaust tips look like as I never see them when I'm driving...

My V6 is a keeper

Better than the girly question of "Does this make my bum look big?"

Magnaflow seem to be on a high note at the present. A good range of generic mufflers, 304 stainless right through and not poisonously dear.

That's what I was just thinking Adam, custom would get closest to original sound and last longer but for a bit more money :)

whilst your fixing things hun

are you able to fix the on going problem i have had for quite a few months now, in loging onto the BXC, 99% of the time i enter my U/N and P/W which brings up my user name at the top left corner, till the board index page finish's loading then it logs me off, this happens virtually every time i try to log on

I will have a look Malcolm. I've not seen the problem myself and I've not had any other reports of the same thing happening..

Try ticking the box to automatically log on each visit...

Are you always OK on this forum Malcolm?

ok thanks hun
i did ask the Admin over there if they could sort it, but it fell on deaf ears

never had the issue on the FCF only on the BXCF,

sometimes but not every time if it logs me out as the index page loads, i can just click on any of the main index titles or the board index button and it re/logs me back in

That really sounds like a cookie problem Malcolm.

Clear your cache. What operating system and browser are you using?

I used Nutscrape for years, in preference to Redmonds garbage.
Mainly 'couse I didn't like their arm twisting and still don't.
