Thumbing through a bike magazine in a trendy shop in Brighton yesterday, I came across a picture and thought "cool" (well actually as I'm over 25, I thought "That's a good picture") so I thought I'd post it here.

Wonder what race that was? Looks like it might have been a Dutch one going on the bit of number plate we can see...

I've a few lavishly illustrated Tour de France books... I must scan up some pictures with interesting French cars in them... There's a few ;)

Also, a few cyclists wearing Citroen Chevrons on their shorts...

We have yellow plates both in the front and on the back. At least the official ones....

Ahh, that's blown my theory then :lol:

I must do a bit of Sherlock Holmes on this. There's enough clues in that picture to start off a bit of research... It'll niggle me now until I've solved it!

I got busy and it passed me by sadly - so often with me plans get disrupted and less critical ones get dropped...

Excellent :D Interesting that a French car would be used in Oslo... One would have thought a Scandinavian car would have been used...
