Why doe's the S1 look far 'sexier' (runs likes the wind.......) than the S2, especially when they a colour coded?

I beginning to think that the S1 with colour coded bumpers look better than the S2. Both cars there are S1 and i prefer the colour coded Activa, though the Activas wider front wings and deeper bumper also looks great.

Because thats the way the car looked best and the way its creators made it.
The MK2 of anything is just the MK1 changed to make it look different for no real reason and so they end up looking worse.
The xm was made to look like a Xantia which ruinned it, the Xantia was made to look like a Xsara and ruined that too.

Hmm possibly, but I do often like some of Citroens 'facelifts'. I prefer a S2 Xm and the facelifted C5 was an improvement.

Im often in two minds about the Xantias, at the moment i prefer the S1 cars.

um yes, the facelift C5 was an improvement, but then ive never seen a car that needed a facelift as badly as the MK1 C5 did.
Only now am i coming round to the C5 but only in estate form which is unkusual for me, usualy i hate the shape of estates butthe MK1 C% estate looks right, apart from the grill.

Im with you Steve on the non colour coded Xantias...and not just because i have one :)

My first was a sinker in dark grey with the chevrons on the bonnet. Id like to go back to that look which wouldnt be hard but on mine it wouldnt be right as its not that early a model :)
