Of course! I'm very smitten with the CX. Ever since last years CXM rally :D

I sat in a CX and fell instantly for it. Best driving position I've ever encountered and it looks fantastic. Better than anything available today...

Now if only they'd rustproofed them like a Xantia....

I once read a great question posed by a motoring journalist trying to put across his love for classic more pure cars over modern vehicles.

"Ask yourself,...whats the most important aspect,....the destination, or the journey?"

I thought this a great cut to the heart of the matter question. For me the journey is everything....and for that reason i love Citroens 8-)

These picture of a 1974 Citroen ID21 Familiale, should get you lot excited =D>

1974 Citroen ID21 Familiale in Berlin last week, which looked as though it had been completely restored to original condition. It was on temporary plates and there was an advert on the seat, with a price tag of 25K EUR.

I've got to say that whilst I love the shape of a DS, the Safari is well, a mess, its as if it was designed over the phone.

That is a lovely looking Safari, i really like the shape of those.

My parents used to have a scarab brown DS Safari Familiale with the hydraulic semi-auto box.

Extremely rare car now the Safaris, they really are something. 8-)

Love the ID though, reminds me of ghost busters lol!

I would also like the van too.

one parks up at work every now and again and i mean to catch the driver but always seem to miss them coming in or going :(

Steve, what is that?

Have you any more pictures of it?

Is it a photoshop or real, must have been quite hard fitting Xantia rear wing tops, boot lid and lights to an old Jag XJS.

I swiped it from another forum :)

A couple more photo's here that for some reason won't appear here as images linked directly.

I rather expected the XJS to be wider than a Xantia but not so, it appears.
