I had a 110 HDI Estate and this car was fantastic although it had a few Xantia niggles. It was best suited to motorway or A road blasts. My Father has a 90 bhp saloon which has been chipped. This car feels quicker although it does seem to have a bit more turbo lag.

Also equally true of the 90HDi...
110HDi... it pulls strongly from about 1500RPM. As long as you have more than 1500RPM up there is no need to change down to accelerate.

Same here on my Xantia. It had cracked around the front weld. I took it off and had it welded. I them took a long 20mm masonry drill and drilled the honeycombed cat out of the pipe. I now have an exhaust that looks like it has a cat but, the cat is empty. An easy way to decat a car for no cost :D
