ZX Dash illumination bulbs

Is it really worth the aggro of fitting LEDs? The bulbs cost pennies, take about an hour to change once you know what you're doing, and last 5 years or more. Seems easier to me just stick the bulbs in..... (which is what I did 8) )

You are probably right there, Richard. Not having taken the dash out yet, I am unsure about the faff factor required, but I think if it were a BX or GSA, I would have gone the LED way.
Choice of colour, as well :wink:

The 3rd type of DS panel like mine, is a definite contender for the warning lights; the plastic lenses all get frazzled with the heat from the bulbs.
