Dunno why you still go for the trouble of tightening the fuel cap and stuff
I would have simply put a bit of sugar down the fuel tank and cook the darn thing to death.... and then ask for a reliable Picasso

Apparently they have said that it can get 70+mpg (forget where I read it) but thats very much not the case.

I read an article recently on the WhatCar website detailing just this....how cars are just not performing the published mpg figures that manufacturers claim!!!!!!!

i dont think i have ever got a car anywhere close to the top part of the range of mpg's manufacturers used to quote....even super frugal driving didnt work........

seems a big lie though as that 70 mpg quote is the principal selling pont for the cars....bet if they claimed the car did 150 mph and it only did 90 mph something would be done.....

Well this is what the sacrifice of the Xantia and the addition of that awful Fiesta has allowed me and the gf to grab.

Dont you have any work to do? Just like me

Theres a certain feeling I look forward to, coming home to YOUR own 'home'.

Hopefully the side of the house is just wide enough to get the car down and for any Citroen servicing :D

cant you complain it rattles, you think you might have broken it, and ask for a new motor (C6 for example)

Sadly to upgrade to a Focus 1.6TD Zetec Climate it costs me an extra £90 a month (2 grade increase) so chances are a C6 would be another couple

Mortgage offer has been approved and we shall receive it in the next 4 days apparently, shouldnt be long now \:D/

a 1600 diesel .....didnt know ford did one......thought they only had the 18 or 14 (or is that the antique old 16 they bored out to 18 in the late 80's)

anyway why is a focus better than a fiesta?

get a C4...........

The company has opted out from using Vauxhalls and Rovers to Fords as the standard company fleet vehicles, its a national company etc.

Its the new Ford Focus 1.6TD
