While we're on the subject, I've been meaning to ask this question.

I've read that a new matrix will last almost indefinitely if I fill the system with distilled water and genuine Citroën antifreeze. My local Citroën dealer closed last week and I don't especially want to drive to the next one if I can avoid it. What makes of antifreeze are suitable? I can get hold of Land Rover long life antifreeze, would that do?

the way to make your matrix last longer is through regular flushing of the system
