Removing xantia brake discs with burred and rusted bolts

I checked on pr.net, and the discs did change for the 2.1 from RP 8001 - to the same as the HDi 110. The pads look quite different though, so if yours has the later brakes I can't seem them fitting at all. I'd check that the discs match Simon's quoted sizes. but after that you might have to cross check the old discs. Maybe someone has changed out the calipers for the wrong ones

The RP number should be stencilled on the bulkhead behind the RH suspension turret (if not it may be on the label on the driver's door post). From this you can tell the exact day the car was built. It's used by Cit to determine what parts are fitted. Some slip through though, and get random parts - there are some Xantia hatches fitted with estate brakes for example (no diff BTW for 2.1 between hatch / estate).
