Is there a filter on the fuel tank Xantia 1.9TD

I have cleaned my oil filter under the bonnet and it was full of muck, I am still having problems.

Please look at my previous post.... Xantia just died.

Terry theres probebly another filter on the tank pickup, not totally familiar with Xantia here but look under the rear seats, are there any inspection panels? you should find the fuel pick up/sender unit in the top of the tank, get that out and there will be another filter on the end of it, good luck

Great news, you might end up cleaning them out a few times before you get rid of all the rubbish but al least you are on track now.
