XM 2.5 ABS Bleeding Question

Post by rg »

Has anyone bled the ABS on a 2.5 and can identify the bleeding points, please?
It's not that obvious from 3 of the 4 faces of the block. The Haynes Book and Russek don't really give much help either.
Maybe removing the wheelarch cover will reveal some bolts purring "bleed me slowly, big boy..."

Believe you get to them from the wheelarch, at least on the older S1 ABS setup. I've seen a picture somewhere online, maybe from Laszlo or Jint?
Is your's the later abs (teeves?), in which case it's probably similar, but different enough to be undoing the wrong bolts.

Dave,
Thanks - yes it's probably on the side I haven't looked at properly yet.. Though I thougth I would have spotted it from the other angles by now.
I can't read the name on the block casting, but it looks like Teeves.
