Help! Hydractive 2 bungle

Post by Mandrake »

Hi Everyone,
Time to put my dunce cap on...[:I] Yesterday while adjusting the ride height of my HA2 Xantia I accidentially undid the rollbar clamp for the Hydractive 2 body movement sensor (right hand side of the front roll bar) and moved it around before realizing it wasn't the height corrector clamp. [V]
Is there a special procedure to reset this ? I set it back best as I could remember it being by eye, but......
As I understand it the computer only uses the sensor for relative measurements, (movement) not absolute ones, but my main concern is if the sensor has limited physical travel if it isn't aligned properly the rollbar movement at one extreme might push the sensor past where it should turn.
Any advice ?
Regards,
Simon

Simon, have you looked at "sbraud" listing of the HA manuals on line?

Sorry Mandrake,
HA2 is not quite ready yet, but almost… [V]
I was working on it yesterday and hopefully I can release it sometime this weekend. [^]
Cheers
Steve
