Can remember who had this problem and can't find the thread but I've found a cure.[:)]
The problem is the solenoid is very lazy with intermitant working.[|)]
The cure is fit the solenoid from a BX door, exactly the same without going to Maplins to make something up.[:D]

I think it was me (or at least I was the latest). Thanks Bernie I will be off next week during my holiday to find one. Also since about 2 weeks ago it has been faultless, typical, but I will get it done before winter. Once again the forum has come up trump's brilliant.[:)]
