Looney, did you actually look at the advert? or have i missed something? there nothing mentioned about an electric motor? Infact it doesn't mention anything about carbs, its quite vagues but

It was, plus a groove to the outside to give a slight air leak at an angle. You can fool some of the people all of the time....
I think its supposed to cause or enhance turbulence and I suppose is similar in function to the Mangoletsi (or something like that) which was I think a piece of gauze in a mount.
