You're right!!!
But let's tell the all story:
1. Citroen introduced swiveling headlights because it was an inovative creator.
2. Citroen removed the swiveling headlights because their competitors weren't using them. As well did remove other things like the one arm wheel.
3. Citroen re-introduced swiveling headlights because their competitors introduced them.
The truth is Citroen removed more things because the others weren't using them than re-introduced things the others started to use.
We must be glad they didn't remove the HP suspension (they initiated that process with the C5). Now I think we're safe because even Audi is starting to use pneumatic suspension.
