Dead locking on Mk 1 Xsara.

Post by Stuart McB »

Quickie. Any one know if dead locks are fitted to the Mk1 Xsara[?] Just lubed the door locks and noticed that if I first lock the car on the door lock then turn the key a little more it seems to lock again. This can also be done on the plip. Lock then press lock again and the locks can be heared to, well lock again. Your thoughts.

Why not sit in it & use the plip to lock & lock again. Then,if it has got dead locks, you wont be able to open the door.
