Need some help, thinking of buying an M reg Xantia

I did a national search on autotrader.com and couldn't find anything that cheap at all. In fact most of the same year cars were more expensive?
I'm popping back over there tomorrow and I'll ask to take it for another run, any ideas what I should be on the lookout for with the clutch? It was a fairly high biting point when I first took it out but then I've driven fords for years so i just assumed different brands and all that. Didn't seem rough on changing or anything

i don't think its expensive at if its a looked after example, i've seen a few in my area around the £500 mark and they are very rough.
