Okay
Is there a white or yellow sticker with letters & numbers stuck on the PCB?
Thats the code that Peugeot needs to make a new remote fob for your infra red locking.

Not at home with access to the key just now but from memory when I split the unit there was a small white sticker with a number and date on it. Is that used instead of programing the key by pointing it at the receiver with another key in ignition (accessory position)?. My manual covers this bit.

Hi
If you want to get a brand new key from Peugeot, Take the old key in to the parts dept & they will get you one made up from France pre programmed to your car.
Both keys if they are the originals should have the same code on the sticker & this should match the yellow sticker that will be on the infra red control box in the roof panel.
That little sticker has the infra red code on it.
Or you can get a second hand key & programme it yourself.

Thanks PowerLee.
I will do that, if it costs no more (or a little more) it will save the messing about.
