LEAKY REAR MAIN SEAL

I have a 1995 citroen zx 1.4i which has recently had a clutch change and a leaky rear main seal replaced. The new seal started to leak again. So I took the car back to the garage which did the job a citroen specialist and they did the job again under warrenty and fitted a new seal. However the new seal which was fitted has started to leak again.
Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing three seals to leak.

If it's not a section of the shaft worn/damaged, it has to be wear in the main bearing.
