mad xantia central locking!!

help, my central locking when i lock it using the plip, locks then unlocks. but if i open drivers door again then shut it normally solves the problem. i've got no idea what the problem might be, have been told relay fault, but where??. this fault is intermittent.
also is it possible to replace the seals on the top of the hydralic pump, as mine have started to weep slightly. cit main dealer have told me they no longer do seals for my year.

Are you thinking of the large "O" ring or the seals from the outlet pipes?

it's the seal's under the torx (star) screws which have started to leak, on the top of the pump, - to the right hand side of the main pumb wheel.
